This 600-bed tertiary care hospital has a level IV NICU, level 1 trauma center and is consistently ranked among the top 10 Children's hospitals. Academic / Research Baseline Academic time for a 1.0 FTE is targeted at 36 days per year. Both traditional and clinical promotion pathways are available. Further, the Department has a robust set of research resources and mentorship opportunities for faculty to take advantage of. Compensation Benchmarked above the 50th percentile for academic pediatric anesthesia practices, base salary ranges from $320,000-$405,000 based on academic rank and experience.
