Job Requirements:
*Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school
*Completion of an ACGME accredited fellowship in Pediatric Anesthesia, along with Pediatric Anesthesia board Certification (or eligibility) and board Certification in Anesthesiology.
*Must possess or be eligible for OR medical license
*Must possess or be eligible for DEA license
*Must be BLS and PALS certified
*3-5 years of post-fellowship experience is preferred, but graduating fellows are encouraged to apply

Job Description:Seeking a PRN Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join our all-physician anesthesia group providing direct care to patients undergoing orthopedic (including complex spine and hip), cleft lip/palate, oral/maxillofacial, plastics, and Nuss procedures.

Seeking coverage during the summer months, with the possibility of ongoing vacation coverage. 3-4 weekday shifts per week. 8 to 10 hour shifts. No call or weekends.

Compensation ranges between $205.47 and $329.47 hourly, commensurate with experience and departmental equity. Medical, dental, and vision plan benefits eligible from day 1. 403(b) plan with generous company match.

Facility includes 3 ORs supporting 10 orthopedic surgeons and several consulting surgeons in the fields of oral, plastics, and general surgery. The 29 bed inpatient facility is located on the Oregon Health and Science University campus minutes from downtown Portland. Shriners Children's serves as a tertiary referral center for pediatric orthopedic patients across the Pacific Northwest.
