- Quality Performance and Improvement experience preferred
Job Description:Nicklaus Children's Pediatric Specialists (NCPS), the physician multispecialty group practice of Nicklaus Children's Health System, have an exceptional opportunity for a fellowship-trained BC/BE pediatric emergency medicine specialist to serve as Associate Medical Director of Quality for Baptist Health South Florida Main Hospital's Pediatric Emergency Department, Baptist Health South Florida Homestead Hospital's Pediatric Emergency Department and the Mastroianni Family Pediatric Emergency Department at Jupiter Medical Center.

- This is a hybrid clinical/quality role

- The Associate Medical Director of Quality will work collaboratively with the Medical Directors of the Pediatric Emergency Departments and Director of Community Initiatives with a focus on managing quality performance and improvement activities across the three NCPS-staffed community emergency departments

- This position supports administrative call and serves as one of the primary points of contact for clinician concerns, as well as reviews end-of-shift nurse reports to address patient/clinician care delivery issues. They will also partner with hospital administration and medical leadership to lead and oversee various clinical, quality, patient experience and medical administrative priorities within their designated program.
