Ideal candidates will possess strong clinical and interpersonal skills, a desire to assume leadership duties, and a willingness to take on a variety of clinical cases. ABA certification or eligibility required. New grads are welcome. Multiple practice locations: Mary Bridge Children's Hospital, Tacoma General Hospital, Allenmore Hospital, and Gig Harbor Surgery Center. Wide range of adult and pediatric clinical cases. Abundant regional opportunities. Pediatric clinical cases include pediatric cardiac (if interested), cath lab, and level IV NICU. New stand alone Mary Bridge Childrenâs Hospital opening 2026. Our new 82-bed freestanding childrenâs hospital will have 8 ORs, 1 hybrid cath lab / IR suite, and 2 endoscopy suites. Average call 1 night per week with pre-call and post-call days off, and one weekend per month. 2-year associate status: Year 1: $615,000 compensation with 8 weeks PTO Year 2: $615,000 compensation with 8 weeks PTO No "buy in". Complex Pediatric Call provides additional compensation as well as opportunity for additional compensation available through optional sign-up shifts.
