Academic / Research Baseline Academic time for a 1.0 FTE is targeted at 36 days per year. Both traditional and clinical promotion pathways are available. Compensation Base salary ranges from $225,000-$253,000 based on experience. Variable pay opportunities are paid separately. Relocation bonus $10k. Recruitment bonus $30K.
