Job Description:Position Details: -Deliver neonatal and pediatric anesthesia services across a spectrum of surgical procedures. -Collaborate closely with neonatologists, pediatric surgeons, and OB/GYN teams to manage high-risk and emergent cases. -Lead initiatives in safety, patient and family-centered quality care for neonatal patients. -Support ongoing education, mentorship, and professional development within the department and organization. -Opportunity to see general and pediatric anesthesia cases as program is growing.
