Job Requirements:We are seeking a BE/BC pediatric anesthesiologist to join our team of 8 pediatric anesthesiologists!

Current and new grads are welcome to apply. Must be comfortable working with trainees, including both anesthesia residents and fellows, as well as CRNA's and AA's.

Interest in patient-centered care, teamwork, research, and quality improvement projects is desired.

Call is from home with guaranteed post call day off. Recent salary restructuring with competitive pay including a pediatric pay differential. 56 paid leave days per year plus 2 week of CME time with dedicated amount of CME reimbursement. We are a true work family with a healthy work-life balance!
Job Description:We work in a collaborative care team model with CRNAs, AAs, pediatric anesthesia fellows, and anesthesia residents. We perform ~8,000 anesthetics per year covering general surgery, ENT, thoracic, neuro, urology, ortho, ophtho, and plastics. Our out of OR volume is large and constantly expanding to include MRIs, neuroangio, interventional radiology, CT, PET, nuclear medicine, radiation therapy, and proton beam therapy. We have a 45 bed level IV NICU and 20 bed PICU and are an ECMO certified facility.
