Ongoing participation in MOCA is required.Job Description:The Division of Pediatric Anesthesiology at the University of Colorado, in partnership with Children's Hospital Colorado - Colorado Springs, is seeking talented Pediatric Anesthesiologists ready to do meaningful work in a high-quality, collegial environment. This is a physician-only, 100% attending-delivered practice. Our close-knit faculty team provides expert care to children across a six-state region, with a diverse case mix including pediatric surgery, ENT (including craniofacial), urology, orthopedics, neurosurgery, Level II trauma, gastroenterology, and acute pain. Regional anesthesia is a regular and encouraged part of the work. No cardiac, transplant, or burn surgery -- allowing for a sustainable, rewarding practice without the most extreme on-call demands. Call is shared equitably with a blend of in-house and pager coverage. Teaching opportunities exist for medical students and fellows in the OR; no research or publication requirements.
